The Adventures of Snoogledorf
Aaron and Diana's 3/4 class has been working on creating their own character with local award-winning children's book author and illustrator, Jef Czekaj.
Kids voted on various characteristics for the character ("five eyes or six arms?" "bat wings or bird feet?") and submitted ideas for names, and Jef drew it. The name "Snoogledorf" was selected, and the whole class was sent a pdf of Snoog to color in. Students brought Snoog to life by printing him out and taking a picture of him doing something in their home.
