Thankfulness and Gratitude
What our mind focuses on becomes our world, and the state of our mind is important. I firmly believe that if we can train our minds to focus on thankfulness and gratitude for all we have, including the challenges in our lives, the positive potential and impact we can create for ourselves and others is limitless.
I am thankful we have successfully made it to the Thanksgiving holiday as a community. There is so much sadness, hate, and chaos in our world, yet the change we want to see lies within each of us, and we must work to bring self-awareness and peace to the spaces and places we occupy. I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving, and if you do not celebrate this holiday, I wish you some time together with those you love and cherish.
