Welcoming Michael Bowler
We are pleased to introduce Michael Bowler to the Fayerweather community as our new Assistant Head of School.
Michael is joining us from Derby Academy where he worked for 8 years as a history teacher, and in 2017 transitioned to the Director of Teaching and Learning.
Michael received his B.A. in History from Amherst College; M.A. in History from Brooklyn College, and received his M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
Through the COVID Task Force, Michael has dove head first into planning and scheduling what the 2020-2021 academic school year may look like. From measuring classrooms, to restructuring a hybrid learning environment, Michael has been instrumental to the reopening process.

Michael is joined by his son Rory who will be entering Kindergarten.
