If I had to pick the most important thing Fayerweather taught me, it would be acceptance. Or how to make bagels. Either way, Fayerweather has taught me an abundance of life lessons. Perhaps the most significant lesson I learned was unintended. Starting in eighth grade, I said how much I was ready to leave Fayerweather and go to highschool, but once this quarantine started, I’ve missed school so much. Covid taught me not to take things for granted. I wish my year didn’t have to be cut short, but I’ll always have a ton of memories from my time here. All the lessons I’ve learned here will help me move onto highschool and become more successful in my life. I want to thank my friends for staying with me, my teachers for helping me, my parents for being my parents, and everyone else who has been a part of my life at Fayerweather.
