Building for the Future
FSS parent Michelle Apigain is the architect behind 98 unit Finch Cambridge passive house on Concord Avenue.
Michelle, who designed and is project manager for Finch Cambridge, has a special certification in "passive house" design, which uses special construction technologies and techniques to radically improve energy efficiency.
