50 Years of Photos

Over this past summer, Fayerweather’s 50th Anniversary History Committee, made up of former and current faculty, past parents and alumni, collected, sorted and scanned thousands of images from slides and photographs with the goal of creating rotating, photographic displays that reflect the first 50 years of the school’s life.

These displays are on view at Fayerweather throughout the 2017-2018 school year and will be set up at every 50th anniversary event. If you aren’t able to make it to the school to see them, you will have the opportunity to see them in person at one of the many off campus events to take place over the course of this coming year.
 

    • 2000: New Little House - A group of self-selected students (K-8) spent lunch recesses for much of the year designing the new Little House. - Hannah Gittleman, Maxie Chambliss, Eric Kirton (parent), Mark Breneman, and FSS K-8 classes
