How to Give
to Fayerweather

The Fayerweather Street School is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Gifts are
tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Regardless of how you give, many
companies will match your gift to Fayerweather. Please check with your human resources
or personnel office to see if your company will match your contribution and send
the matching gift form to the school.
Checks should be made payable to the Fayerweather Street School
and mailed to:

Credit Card donations: Fayerweather uses Wainwright Bank to process
credit cards. Please go to www.communityroom.net/NPOMission.asp?444 and click on
‘give to this non-profit’ to make your donation. Please note, the charge will appear
on your statement as “CommunityRoom.net”. If you need assistance with this process,

Gifts of Stock should be transferred directly from your broker
to Fayerweather’s account with Charles Schwab (3224 6806, DTC# 0164, code 40.) If
you plan to make a gift of stock, please notify Carole by e-mail, or phone.
