The Birthday Book Program at Fayerweather has been a great way to celebrate children’s birthdays while building our wonderful library collection. You can participate in our Birthday Book Program by making a donation to the library and having library staff purchase a book (printed or recorded) especially chosen with your child or grandchild's interests and literary tastes in mind. If you prefer, you may choose and purchase a book to send to the school.
We are also accepting donations for meeting needs such as processing materials, special cataloging software that displays book covers as part of the catalogue entry, and computer maintenance. All donations will be acknowledged in our Annual Report as well as on a commemorative bookplate with your child or grandchild’s name and birthday, and your name as the donor.

You can then type in the name and birthday of the child you are honoring and a book suggestion if you wish under ‘special instructions’. Please note, the charge will appear on your statement as “CommunityRoom.net”.
